Jasná
Slovakia's biggest ski area: long, well-built pistes on both sides of Mount Chopok at Central European prices.
Terrain
Two long descents of five to six kilometres come off Chopok, one facing north and one south, served by fast lifts. Mostly intermediate cruising with a few genuinely steep sections, and the south side holds better snow when the north is tracked out.

About 45 minutes from Poprad-Tatry airport and roughly four hours by road from Bratislava or Vienna. Coaches run to Liptovský Mikuláš, with local buses up to the resort.
