High in the Canadian Rockies above Banff, with a very long season, big snow loads and terrain that sits above the treeline for most of the mountain.
Terrain
Three linked areas including the wide open slopes of Goat's Eye and the long, mellow groomers off Strawberry. Snow holds well at altitude, and the terrain stays readable in poor light — a good resort for intermediates who want mileage.
